Sacred songstress Helena Nash delivers listeners into the heart of the sound current. In a world where discord is easily created we must retune our energy systems in order to support our health, prosperity, joy and purposeful living. Sound is a profound tool for that tuning.

Helena’s voice and instruments such as guitar, frame drum, flute and harmonium create soundscapes and songs for healing, stress release, mental stillness and spiritual and emotional connection.

During this two-hour sound healing experience, Helena will lead a short meditation and intention-setting followed by the singing of beautiful mantras of various traditions. Everyone will be invited to sing together in call-and-response Kirtan style. Participants will then relax while Helena channels songs and sound that support the release of stuck and disharmonious energies, bringing a renewed sense of peace, relaxation and centering.

About Helena: While the pure, glorious feeling of music arising from silence is Helena’s greatest joy, she is also inspired by the science behind sound healing and meditation. She holds a degree in music and has toured extensively throughout the US and Canada. She brings her music and wisdom to yoga studios, healing centers and other heart-centered spaces, as well as her Reiki & Sound Healing private sessions. She is also a Certified ThetaHealer® and is trained in Yoga Nidra. Helena is based in Portland, Maine.

"Helena's voice is so soulful it magically transforms whatever she sings." - Len Righi, The Morning Call, PA

"Helena gifted me with her beautiful singing voice and energetically healed me with a light touch. The beauty of it all actually brought me to tears and I felt a great release of sadness which was replaced by love and joy. I am so grateful for that shift." - Maureen Tevanian
