Surrender To Sound - Yin Yoga & Live Music

This 90 minute workshop combines Yin Yoga with Sound Healing, and is designed for students of all levels! Nicole will be joined by a musician Helena Nash (www.helenanash.com). The instrumentation and voice are woven throughout the class so as to provide a backdrop to the yoga instruction. Poses are kept simple to allow folks to really marinate in each posture which can be substantially more tolerable when supported by the vibration of sound. Class will end with some shared sounding, allowing the student to experience their own voice as well.
